Ingredients:

  • Semolina 250 gm
  • Ghee 250 gm
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Milk 375 gm
  • Cardamom 4
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Kewra 1 tsp
  • Almonds, Pistachios as required

Method:

  1. Soak semolina for 2 hours.
  2. Then heat ghee and roast semolina.
  3. When ghee comes up, put sugar and roast more.
  4. Then add cardamom powder.
  5. Also put kewra and khoya and roast it little.
  6. In end, take out in dish, sprinkle almonds and pistachios and serve.
