Ingredients:
- Semolina 250 gm
- Ghee 250 gm
- Khoya 250 gm
- Milk 375 gm
- Cardamom 4
- Sugar 1-1/2 cup
- Kewra 1 tsp
- Almonds, Pistachios as required
Method:
- Soak semolina for 2 hours.
- Then heat ghee and roast semolina.
- When ghee comes up, put sugar and roast more.
- Then add cardamom powder.
- Also put kewra and khoya and roast it little.
- In end, take out in dish, sprinkle almonds and pistachios and serve.
