Mooli Chicken Gravy by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

For Soup:

  • Chicken bones 500 gm
  • Crushed garlic 5-6 cloves
  • Crushed ginger 1 inch
  • Spring onion 3-4
  • Carrot 1

For Mooli Chicken Gravy:

  • Radish 2-3
  • Chicken with bone 500 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Whole turmeric 1 tbsp
  • Red chili paste 1-2 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For soup: Add bones, ginger, garlic and spring onion in pot.
  2. Then put 2 jug water and leave it for 2-3 hours.
  3. Now strain it and separate stock.
  4. For gravy: Heat oil in pan and fry chicken and garlic.
  5. Then add radish and mix it.
  6. Now add turmeric and red chili paste and roast it.
  7. Then add salt and all spice powder and mix it.
  8. Now add this mixture in stock, cook until gravy is made and radish and chicken tender.
  9. Then dish out it and serve.
