Ingredients:

  • Roasted chicken 2 cups

For Mustard Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Cream cheese 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp

For Sour Cream:

  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  • Lettuce as required
  • Cucumber slices as required
  • Cheddar cheese slices as required
  • Eggs 3
  • Sandwich bread slices 6

Method:

  1. Make omelet of beaten eggs and keep it aside.
  2. Now spread mustard sauce on bread slice.
  3. Then put 1 chicken slice
  4. Then keep cucumber slice.
  5. Now keep second bread slice and spread sour cream, omelet and salad leaves.
