Ingredients:
- Butter 3-1/2 oz
- Caster sugar 1-1/3 cup
- Flour 2 cups
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Lemon zest 1/2 tsp
- Lemon essence few drops
- Lemonade powder 1 tbsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Eggs 2
For Frosting:
- Butter 200 gm
- Milk 1 tbsp
- Lemonade powder 1 tbsp
- Lemon essence 2 drops
- Icing sugar 3/4 cup
Method:
- Mix butter with caster sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and lemon zest and beat until crumbly.
- Beat eggs, lemon essence and milk for few second in second bowl and fold lemon zest and lemonade powder with spatula.
- Now take cake cup lines and bake for 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.
- For frosting: Mix all ingredients and beat it.
- Now cover cup cake with frosting.
