Sarsoon Ka Saag by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Mustard greens 2 kg
- Bathwa 1 kg
- Fenugreek leaves 1/2 kg
- Garlic 1 clove
- Ginger 25 gm
- Green chilies 50 gm
- Butter 200 gm
- Mace flour 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- Boil mustard, bathwa, fenugreek leaves and green chilies.
- When tender, add mace flour and salt and mash it nicely.
- Now heat oil, cut ginger and garlic finely and put it.
- When fragrance comes, put chili powder and mustard and roast it.
- Then take out in dish, put tarka of butter and chopped ginger on top.
