Fried Meat Balls by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Beef Mince - 250 gms
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic - 1 tsp
  • Chopped Onions - 1
  • Chopped Green Chilies - 2
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
  • Egg - 1
  • Bread Crumbs - as required
  • Oil - for frying

Method:

  1. Boil beef mince in water and add ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper and red chili powder
  2. Now cook till the mince gets ready and water evaporates.
  3. Add chopped onions, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves and shape them in balls.
  4. Dip the balls in egg and roll it into bread crumbs.
  5. Deep fry the meat balls.

Fried Meat Balls is a Main Course, prepared with Beef and Green Chilies and coated with Bread Crumbs.
