Ingredients:

  • Butter - 6 oz
  • Flour - 8 oz
  • Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Egg - 1
  • Sugar - 5 oz

Ingredients for Topping:

  • Caster Sugar - 3 tbsp
  • Water - 1 - 2 tsp
  • Cocoa Powder - 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Whisk Butter and Sugar well.
  2. Add egg to the batter.
  3. Now add Flour, baking powder, sugar and fold.
  4. Keep it in fridge for 10 - 15 minutes.
  5. Pour the mixture in the piping bag, give it a shape and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. For topping add caster sugar, water and cocoa powder in a bowl and mix well.
  7. With a help of a spoon, pour the topping in the biscuits.
Enjoy the crunch :) 

Chocolate Biscuits is prepared with Butter and Egg and topped with Coco Powder.
