Matar Pulao by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Peas 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Mixed whole spices 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Yogurt 3/4 cup
- Green chilies 2-3
- Pulao biryani masala 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Brown onion 1/2 cup
- Rice 1/2 kg
Method:
- Heat oil, put ginger garlic paste, onion and whole spices and cumin.
- Now add peas and yogurt and stir it.
- When oil separates, put biryani masala and rice and cook until it tender.
- Then simmer it until it cook.
- Serve with sweet & sour brinjals.
