Matar Pulao by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Peas 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Mixed whole spices 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 3/4 cup
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Pulao biryani masala 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Brown onion 1/2 cup
  • Rice 1/2 kg

Method:

  1. Heat oil, put ginger garlic paste, onion and whole spices and cumin.
  2. Now add peas and yogurt and stir it.
  3. When oil separates, put biryani masala and rice and cook until it tender.
  4. Then simmer it until it cook.
  5. Serve with sweet & sour brinjals.
