Ingredients:
For Marination:
- Boneless chicken 300 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
For Sauce:
- Chopped onion 1
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 2-3
- White pepper 1/3 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
- Curry powder 1 tbsp
- Chicken stock 1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Tomato puree 1/2 cup
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For chicken: Cut chicken into stripes.
- Then put in mixing bowl, mix with garlic paste, lemon juice, black pepper, corn flour and salt and leave for 30 minutes.
- Now put oil in pan, fry chicken, take it out and keep it aside.
- For sauce: Heat oil in pan and fry onion and garlic.
- Now add green chilies, curry powder, red chili, white pepper and tomato puree, mix it and roast it.
- Then add stock, mix it and cook it.
- Mixture becomes thick, take it out and cool it.
- Then blend it with cream and mayonnaise in blender.
- In end, put chicken in serving bowl, put sauce on top and serve.
