Rainbow Beef In Lettuce Leaves by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 300 gm
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Mushrooms 1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar 1-2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Spring onion 2-3 strands
  • Cabbage 1
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Make cup of cabbage.
  2. Now heat oil in pan and fry onion and garlic.
  3. Then add mince and roast it.
  4. Now put capsicum, red chili powder, soya sauce, mushrooms, vinegar, black pepper, brown sugar and salt, mix it and cook it.
  5. Then add water as required and tender mince.
  6. When mince dries, remove it.
  7. Then fill in cabbage cup, garnish with green onion and serve.
