Rainbow Beef In Lettuce Leaves by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Beef mince 300 gm
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Capsicum 1
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Mushrooms 1/2 cup
- Brown sugar 1-2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Spring onion 2-3 strands
- Cabbage 1
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Make cup of cabbage.
- Now heat oil in pan and fry onion and garlic.
- Then add mince and roast it.
- Now put capsicum, red chili powder, soya sauce, mushrooms, vinegar, black pepper, brown sugar and salt, mix it and cook it.
- Then add water as required and tender mince.
- When mince dries, remove it.
- Then fill in cabbage cup, garnish with green onion and serve.
