Curry Patta Pulao by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Mint leaves 1 bunch
- Onions 2
- Green chilies 6
- Curry leaves 10
- Chicken stock 2 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Whole all spices 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion until brown.
- Now put chicken, whole all spices and ginger garlic paste and roast it nicely.
- Then add salt, stock and curry leaves and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Then put rice, mint leaves and green chilies and cook it.
- When water dries, simmer it for 10 minutes.
- Curry patta pulao is ready.
