Machli Ka Shorba by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Blue fish 1 kg
- Yogurt 375 gm
- Oil 1 cup
- Fried onions 1 cup
- Chopped ginger, Green chili as required
- Bay leaves 1
- Cardamom 6
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 6
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Method:
- Put yogurt and onion in grinder and grind it.
- Now heat oil and put curry leaves. When fragrance comes, add grinded masala.
- Then add bay leaves, cardamom, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, coconut and red chili powder and roast it nicely.
- Now put 2 cup water and cook it.
- When it boils, put fish.
- Then cook it for 10 minutes.
- In end, close stove and put ginger and green chili.
