Egg Drop Soup by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Chicken stock 4 cups
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Cold water 2 tbsp
- Green onions (sliced) 2
- Eggs 2
- Oil 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Soya sauce as required
- Crisp noodles as required
Method:
- Add stock to pan and bring to boil.
- In small bowl, combine water and corn flour and let dissolve.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and oil.
- When chicken stock is boiling, pour in corn flour mixture and stir well.
- Add green onions and salt and pepper to taste.
- Turn heat off and pour in egg, stirring constantly, until egg is cooked and shredded.
- Serve garnished with soya sauce and crisp noodles.
