Ghota Saag by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Spinach 250 gm
- Saag 250 gm
- Fresh or Dry fenugreek as required
- Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Green chilies 3-4
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Butter 4-5 tbsp
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put spinach, saag, fenugreek, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, green chilies and water as required in pot and cook until water dries and saag tender.
- Then mash it and keep it aside.
- Then heat oil and butter in pan and fry 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
- Then add red chili, turmeric, black pepper, cumin seeds, all spice powder and salt and roast it.
- Then add in saag, mix it and cook it.
- In end, dish out it and serve.
