Lehsan Gosht by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 500 gm
  • Garlic 20 cloves
  • Onion 1
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Finely green chilies 8-10
  • Whole red chilies (long) 6-8
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, add onion and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Now cut garlic into slice and put in pan.
  3. Also add mutton and roast it nicely.
  4. Now put yogurt, cumin, all spice powder, green chilies, black pepper and salt, mix it nicely, add in mutton and cook it.
  5. Now add water as required and tender mutton.
  6. Then add red chilies and lemon juice and mix it.
  7. In end, dish out it and serve.
