Lehsan Gosht by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Mutton 500 gm
- Garlic 20 cloves
- Onion 1
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Crushed coriander seeds 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Finely green chilies 8-10
- Whole red chilies (long) 6-8
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, add onion and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Now cut garlic into slice and put in pan.
- Also add mutton and roast it nicely.
- Now put yogurt, cumin, all spice powder, green chilies, black pepper and salt, mix it nicely, add in mutton and cook it.
- Now add water as required and tender mutton.
- Then add red chilies and lemon juice and mix it.
- In end, dish out it and serve.
