Ingredient For Base
- Hazelnut Wafers(crushed) 2 1/2 cups
- Butter 3 oz
Ingredient For Filling
- Cream Cheese 200 g
- Whipped Cream 2 cup
- Lemon Juice 2tbsp
- Gelatin 2 tbsp
- water 1/4 cup
- Vanilla Essence 1tsp
- Caster Sugar 1/2 cup
- Chocolate Hazelnut Spread 1 cup
- Hazelnut chocolates 1 cup
Method for base:
- crushed 2-1/2 cup wafer and put melted butter in 9 inch pen.
- Then put in freezer to freeze it.
Method for Filling:
- Put 200g cream cheese 1/4 cup, caster sugar, 2 spoon lemon juice, dissolved gelatin, 1 team spoon Vanilla essence, 1 cup wiped cream and 1 cup chocolate hazelnut then wiped every thing.
- Then fold it with one cup of wiped cream.
- Put half mixture in base and then put hazelnut chocolate and then half mixture then freeze it.
