Ingredient For Base
  1. Hazelnut Wafers(crushed) 2 1/2 cups
  2. Butter 3 oz

Ingredient For Filling

  1. Cream Cheese  200 g
  2. Whipped Cream 2 cup
  3. Lemon Juice 2tbsp
  4. Gelatin 2 tbsp
  5. water 1/4 cup
  6. Vanilla Essence 1tsp
  7. Caster Sugar 1/2 cup
  8. Chocolate Hazelnut Spread 1 cup
  9. Hazelnut chocolates 1 cup

Method for base:
  1. crushed 2-1/2 cup wafer and put melted butter in 9 inch pen.
  2. Then put in freezer to freeze it.

Method for Filling:
  1. Put 200g cream cheese 1/4 cup, caster sugar, 2 spoon lemon juice, dissolved gelatin, 1 team spoon Vanilla essence, 1 cup wiped cream and 1 cup chocolate hazelnut then wiped every thing.
  2. Then fold it with one cup of wiped cream.
  3. Put half mixture in base and then put hazelnut chocolate and then half mixture then freeze it.
