Ingredients:
- Channa Dall( Soaked and boiled 1 cup
- Chicken (16 pieces) 1 kg
- Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes (blended) 2
- Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1stp
- Coriander Powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Butter 4tbsp
- Onion(chopped) 1
- Green Chillies 4 to 6
- Coriander Leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Method
- First fry oil and put 1 spoon garlic and ginger with 1 kg chicken then fry it for 5 minutes.
- Now put 2 tomatoes, 2 tea spoon red masa, 1 tea spoon Turmeric, 1 1/2 spoon of Coriander Leaves chopped and 1 - 1/2 tea spoon salt and fry it for 15 minutes.
- Then put boiled daal and cook it till oil come in top.
- Serve it with Coriander Leaves and ginger.
