Ingredients:
  1. Channa Dall( Soaked and boiled 1 cup
  2. Chicken (16 pieces) 1 kg
  3. Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
  4. Tomatoes (blended) 2
  5. Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
  6. Turmeric    1stp
  7. Coriander Powder 1-1/2 tsp
  8. Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
  9. Butter 4tbsp
  10. Onion(chopped) 1
  11. Green Chillies 4 to 6
  12. Coriander Leaves chopped 2 tbsp

Method
  • First fry oil and put 1 spoon garlic and ginger with 1 kg chicken then fry it for 5 minutes.
  • Now put 2 tomatoes, 2 tea spoon red masa, 1 tea spoon Turmeric, 1 1/2 spoon of Coriander Leaves chopped and 1 - 1/2 tea spoon salt and fry it for 15 minutes.
  • Then put boiled daal and cook it till oil come in top.
  • Serve it with Coriander Leaves and ginger.
