Ingredients
  1. Brinjal /4 kg
  2. Yogurt 1 cup
  3. Cumin (roasted) 1 tsp
  4. Garlic 1 tsp
  5. salt 1 tsp
  6. Tomatoes Blended 4
  7. Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  8. Curry Leaves 15
  9. White Cumin Whole 1 tsp
  10. whole Red Pepper 5
  11. Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
  12. Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
  • First fry 1/4 brinjal in 1/2 cup oil till it get soft.
  • Now in pen put 4 choped tomatoes and cook it for 15 minutes.
  • Then Put 1 cup yogurt, 1 tea spoon Cumin, 1 tea spoon garlic, 1 tea spoon salt, one tea spoon red masala in bowl.
  • Put Brinjal , cooked tomatoes and then put yogurt on it.
  • Fry oil for 15 minute, put White Cumin Whole, 1 tsp Curry Leaves 15 and whole Red Pepper 5 and put it in dish.
