Ingredients
- Brinjal /4 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Cumin (roasted) 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- salt 1 tsp
- Tomatoes Blended 4
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves 15
- White Cumin Whole 1 tsp
- whole Red Pepper 5
- Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- First fry 1/4 brinjal in 1/2 cup oil till it get soft.
- Now in pen put 4 choped tomatoes and cook it for 15 minutes.
- Then Put 1 cup yogurt, 1 tea spoon Cumin, 1 tea spoon garlic, 1 tea spoon salt, one tea spoon red masala in bowl.
- Put Brinjal , cooked tomatoes and then put yogurt on it.
- Fry oil for 15 minute, put White Cumin Whole, 1 tsp Curry Leaves 15 and whole Red Pepper 5 and put it in dish.
