Iced Espresso By Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  1. Coffee 3/4 cup
  2. Milk 3 cup
  3. Vanilla Ice-Cream 2 scoops
  4. Sugar to taste

Coffee Iceblocks:

  1. Strong Coffee 1 1/2 cup

Method:

  • To make the coffee ice blocks, pour the coffee into 2 ice cube trays, Freeze until completely frozen. Combine the coffee, milk, ice-cream and sugar in a blender,
  • Blend until just combined. Add 4 of the coffee iceblocks and blend for 1 minute or until well mixed.
  • Pour into chilled glasses and add 2 of the remaining ice blocks to each glass before serving.
