Ingredients:
- Coffee 3/4 cup
- Milk 3 cup
- Vanilla Ice-Cream 2 scoops
- Sugar to taste
Coffee Iceblocks:
- Strong Coffee 1 1/2 cup
Method:
- To make the coffee ice blocks, pour the coffee into 2 ice cube trays, Freeze until completely frozen. Combine the coffee, milk, ice-cream and sugar in a blender,
- Blend until just combined. Add 4 of the coffee iceblocks and blend for 1 minute or until well mixed.
- Pour into chilled glasses and add 2 of the remaining ice blocks to each glass before serving.
