Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Coconut Milk 1 cup
- Tomatoes Paste 2 Cup
- Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
- Dry Red Chilies (small) 6
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic 2tsp
- Onions 2
- Cinnamon 1 piece
- Cloves 2
- Salt 1tsp
- Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Finely Chopped Ginger
Method
- First make 1/2 hot oil and put Cinnamon 1 piece, Dry Red Chilies (small) 6, Cloves 2 and Mustard Seeds 1 tsp.
- Fry Onions 2 and make them little red. Put Chicken 1 kg, Ginger Garlic 2 tsp.
- Put Tomatoes Paste 2 Cups, Turmeric Powder 1 tsp, salt 1 tsp, Salt 1 tsp, Red Chili Powder 2 tsp and Coriander Powder 1 tsp.
- As chicken get soft put coconut milk and Finely Chopped Ginger and cook for 5 minutes.
