Ingredients
- Khoya 1/2 kg
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
- Egg 1
- Plain Flour 1/2 cup
- Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
- Ghee For frying
For Making Syrup
- Sugar 1/2 kg
- water 2 cup
- Cardamoms 4
- Almonds, Pistachios as required
- Silver Leaves as required
Method
- Mix 1/2 kg khoya, 2 tbsp ghee. 1/2 tbsp baking powder, 1/2 cup Plain Flour, Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp, 1 egg.
- Now make small balls and fry with hot ghee.
- For Syrup put 1/2 kg sugar, 2 cup water and 4 Cardamom and cook it.
- As sugar get liquid then dip Gulab Jamun.
