Ingredients:

  1. Chicken (boneless) 50 g
  2. Oil or Butter 3 tbsp
  3. Onion Paste as required
  4. Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
  5. Tomatoes 2
  6. Salt 1/2 tsp
  7. Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  8. Coriander (Roasted) 1 tsp
  9. Cumin (roasted)1 tsp
  10. Yogurt 2-3 tsp
  11. Cream 2-3 tsp
  12. Kasoori Methi 2 tsp
  13. All spice powder 1 tsp
  14. Ginger Julian as required
  15. Green Chilies as required

Method

  • In pen put 50 g butter or oil and cook it little and put some onion, ginger and garlic paste then fry it.
  • Then put 2 tomatoes, 1/2 tsp salt, Red Chili Powder 1 tsp, Cumin (roasted)1 tsp, Coriander (Roasted) 1 tsp and fry more.
  • Put 50 g chicken and cook it for 10 minutes and put  2-3 tsp yogurt and cook till water get dissolve.
  • Lastly put 2-3 tsp cream, 1 tsp All spice powder, Kasoori Methi 2 tsp and cook it for more 5 minutes.
  • After put chillies and ginger and serve this dish.
