Ingredients:
- Chicken (boneless) 50 g
- Oil or Butter 3 tbsp
- Onion Paste as required
- Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Tomatoes 2
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander (Roasted) 1 tsp
- Cumin (roasted)1 tsp
- Yogurt 2-3 tsp
- Cream 2-3 tsp
- Kasoori Methi 2 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Ginger Julian as required
- Green Chilies as required
Method
- In pen put 50 g butter or oil and cook it little and put some onion, ginger and garlic paste then fry it.
- Then put 2 tomatoes, 1/2 tsp salt, Red Chili Powder 1 tsp, Cumin (roasted)1 tsp, Coriander (Roasted) 1 tsp and fry more.
- Put 50 g chicken and cook it for 10 minutes and put 2-3 tsp yogurt and cook till water get dissolve.
- Lastly put 2-3 tsp cream, 1 tsp All spice powder, Kasoori Methi 2 tsp and cook it for more 5 minutes.
- After put chillies and ginger and serve this dish.
