Keri ki Kalonji by Chef Asad

Ingredients
- Keri 250 gm
- Musterd oil 1 cup
- Gurh 2 tbs
- Haldi 1 rsp
- Salt/Namak 1 tbs
- Coriander/Dhanya Powder 1 tsp
- Cumin/Zeera powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tbs
- Red Pepper/Lal mirch 1 tsp
- Khatai powder 1 tbs
- Rai 1 tsb
- Kalonji 1 tsp
- Methi dana 1 tsp
- Sonf 1 tsp
- Sirka 3 tbs
- Lehsan Adrak 1 tbs
- Oil 6 tbs
Method
- Cut Keri into small pieces. Mix with Haldi and keep it for 30 minutes.
- Add all Masalas with 6 table spoons Oil. Mix it well.
- Cook Keri for 10 minutes
- Add all masala mixture, and keep it for some time.
