Ingredients

  1. Keri 250 gm
  2. Musterd oil 1 cup
  3. Gurh 2 tbs
  4. Haldi 1 rsp
  5. Salt/Namak 1 tbs
  6. Coriander/Dhanya Powder 1 tsp
  7. Cumin/Zeera powder 1 tsp
  8. Garam masala 1 tbs
  9. Red Pepper/Lal mirch 1 tsp
  10. Khatai powder 1 tbs
  11. Rai 1 tsb
  12. Kalonji 1 tsp
  13. Methi dana 1 tsp
  14. Sonf 1 tsp
  15. Sirka 3 tbs
  16. Lehsan Adrak 1 tbs
  17. Oil 6 tbs

Method

  1. Cut Keri into small pieces. Mix with Haldi and keep it for 30 minutes.
  2. Add all Masalas with 6 table spoons Oil. Mix it well.
  3. Cook Keri for 10 minutes
  4. Add all masala mixture, and keep it for some time.
