Ingredients:
- Flour 40 g
- Chicken Mince 1/2 Kg
- Samosa Wrap 30-50 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ginger 25g
- Garlic 25g
- Malir Mirch 25 g
- Coriander Leaves(chopped) 1 bunch
- Mint Leaves (chopped) 1 bunch
- Onions(chopped) 250 g
- All Spice 20g
- Cumin 10 g
- Red Chilli (crushed) 20g
- Green Chillies(big) 10g
Method
- In Chicken Mince 1/2 Kg put Ginger 25g, Garlic 25g, Salt, Cumin 10 g and Red Chilli (crushed) 20g and cook it.
- As water get dissolve put Onions(chopped) 250 g, Coriander Leaves(chopped) 1 bunch, Mint Leaves (chopped) 1 bunch and Green Chillies(big) 10.
- Now put keema in Samosa Wrap and fry them.
