Ingredients

  1. Milk 2kg
  2. Egg 5
  3. Butter 1/2 cup
  4. Crushed Cardamoms
  5. Citric Acid 1 pinch
  6. Sugar as required
  7. Almonds Pistachios For garnish

Method

  • First cook 2 kg milk and as it get hot put Citric Acid 1 pinch. Cook it more and put 5 eggs.
  • Cook it in low flame. Mix slowly with spoon. As it get thick put sugar and as water get dissolve put ghee or butter and Crushed Cardamoms.
  • As ghee come on top and color changes to little brow then put Almonds and Pistachios.
