Ingredients
- Milk 2kg
- Egg 5
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Crushed Cardamoms
- Citric Acid 1 pinch
- Sugar as required
- Almonds Pistachios For garnish
Method
- First cook 2 kg milk and as it get hot put Citric Acid 1 pinch. Cook it more and put 5 eggs.
- Cook it in low flame. Mix slowly with spoon. As it get thick put sugar and as water get dissolve put ghee or butter and Crushed Cardamoms.
- As ghee come on top and color changes to little brow then put Almonds and Pistachios.
