Chicken Cupcakes by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  1. Bread slices : 12
  2. Butter : 4 tbsp
  3. Garlic : to taste
  4. Salt : to taste
  5. Black pepper : to taste
  6. Chicken (boiled) : 1 cup
  7. Cabbage : 1/2 cup
  8. Fresh coriander : 1/2 cup
  9. Green chillies : 2 tbsp
  10. Vinegar : 1 tbsp
  11. Soya sauce : 2 tbsp
  12. Mozzarella cheese : 1 cup

Method:

  • Shape the bread slices using a round cookie cutter or only remove the edges melt butter and add garlic, Salt and black pepper.
  • Brush the Cupcake tray using the melted butter mixture place the bread slices in the cupcake tray creating a base.
  • Heat butter and add chicken and stir-fry, add green chilies, salt, black pepper, vinegar soya sauce, cabbage and fresh coriander.
  • Fill in the cupcake bases with the chicken mix ture top with cheese.
  • Bake at 180C preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until golden.
