Ingredients

  1. Mutton chops: 1 kg
  2. Rice: 3/4 kg
  3. Onion: 3
  4. Ginger garlic paste: 2 tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Kali mirch/black pepper: 2 tbsp
  7. Hari/Green chatni: 3 tbsp
  8. Choti elichi: 8
  9. Almond paste: 1/2 cup
  10. Black zeera: 1 tbsp
  11. Dar chini: 2
  12. Tez patta: 2
  13. Kali mirch/black pepper: 10
  14. Long: 8
  15. Zafran
  16. Oil: 3/4 cup
  17. Dahi/Yogurt: 1 cup

Method

  1. Boil mutton chops first.
  2. Heat the pan, put oil first then put onions sautee onion till it turns brown.
  3. Then add black pepper, long, tez patta, ginger garlic paste, dar chini, ilaichi, black pepper, black zeera, hari chatni, almond paste and yogurt.
  4. Mix it well and let it cook.
  5. Separately boil rice.
  6. When both of them are ready take a serving dish first make one layer of rice then add the second layer of mutton chops and then the third layer of rice again garnish it with red Onion and Zafran.
