Ingredients
- Rice(half done) 750 g
- Mutton 750 g
- Green chillies 10
- Ginger Chillies 10
- Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Coriander 1 1/2 tsp
- Cloves 6
- Green Cardamom 6
- Water 2 cups
Column 1:
- Nutmeg (ground)
- Mace (ground)
- Green Cardamoms (ground)
- Bay Leaf 1
- Cinnamon 2 pieces
- Black Pepper 10
- Cloves 6
- Caraway seeds 1/2 tsp
- Dried Plum 8
Column 2:
- Clarified Butter 1/2 cup
- Brown Onions 1 cup
- Lemon ( sliced) 1
- Tomato (sliced) 1
- Green Chillies (chopped)
- Coriander & Mint Leaves as required As Required
- Yogurt(whipped) 1 cup
- Yellow Color a pinch
- Kewra Water 1 tsp
- Ground Nutmeg, Mace & Cardamoms
Method:
- In 750 g mutton put 2 cup water, Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp, Green chillies 10, Red masala 1 1/2, Turmeric 1/4 tsp, Cloves 6, Green Cardamom 6 and cook it till mutton get soft.
- Now put, Nutmeg (ground), Mace (ground), Green Cardamoms (ground), Bay Leaf 1,Cinnamon 2 pieces, Black Pepper 10, Cloves 6, Caraway seeds 1/2 tsp.
- Now insert Coriander & Mint Leaves as required, Green Chillies, Lemon ( sliced) 1,Tomato (sliced) 1, Dried Plum 8 and Yogurt(whipped) 1 cup then mixed everything.
- Now insert Clarified Butter 1/2 cup, Brown Onions 1 cup.
- In other dish put 750 g rice, 3 tsp salt and boiled the rice.
- Now insert rice with water in mutton and and cook it for more 5 minutes.
