Ingredients:
- Eggs 4
- Sugar 1 cup
- Cardamom powder 1 tsp
- Almond, Pistachio as required
- Ghee 1 cup
Method:
- Cut almonds and pistachio finely and keep it aside.
- Then beat eggs, sugar and ghee nicely, pit in wok and cook on low flame for few minutes.
- Now add cardamom powder.
- When ghee separates, roast halwa on high flame and serve hot.
