Cilantro Rice by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:
- Rice (soaked) 2 cup
- Water/Chicken stock 3 cup
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Onion 2 tbsp
Green Paste:
- Cilantro/Green coriander 1/2 cup
- Green chilies 3-4
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Garlic cloves 3-4
- Salt 1 tsp
Method:
- Put green coriander, green chilies, cumin seeds, lemon juice, garlic and salt in grinder, grind with 2 cup water and make green paste.
- Then heat oil in pan, fry green paste for few minutes, add 3 cup water and boil it.
- Now add rice, cover it and simmer it until water dries.
- In end, garnish with onion and serve hot.
