Ingredients:

  • Beef 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili crushed 2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 2
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Wash beef nicely and cut botiyaan into small pieces.
  2. Now put beef, salt and ginger garlic paste in wok and cook on low flame.
  3. When water dries, put red chili and oil and roast it nicely.
  4. Then put black pepper, green coriander, green chilies an lemon juice and serve hot.
