Ingredients:
- Beef 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili crushed 2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Lemon 2
- Salt to taste
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- Green chilies 2
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Wash beef nicely and cut botiyaan into small pieces.
- Now put beef, salt and ginger garlic paste in wok and cook on low flame.
- When water dries, put red chili and oil and roast it nicely.
- Then put black pepper, green coriander, green chilies an lemon juice and serve hot.
