Ingredients:
- Flour 1 kg
- Uni puff 1/2 kg
- Ghee 1/2 kg
- Arrowroot 500 gram
- Oil for fry
Method :
- Take flour and make a hard dough.
- Now take uni puff and ghee mix it well to make a thick paste, then add arrowroot and again mix it well.
- Now rest dough for 20 minutes then roll it slightly, add mixture, then again repeat this procedure roll dough and then rest roll for 20 minutes.
- Make small balls, then rest balls for 20 minutes, roll ball in round shape and fry khajla.
- Now take it out, let it cool down add 1/2 kg milk and as required sugar and mix it well.
- Now khajla is ready.
