Ingredients:

  • Flour 1 kg
  • Uni puff  1/2 kg
  • Ghee 1/2 kg
  • Arrowroot 500 gram
  • Oil for fry

Method :

  1. Take flour and make a hard dough.
  2. Now take uni puff and ghee mix it well to make a thick paste, then add arrowroot and again mix it well.
  3. Now rest dough for 20 minutes then roll it slightly, add mixture, then again repeat this procedure roll dough and then rest roll for 20 minutes.
  4. Make small balls, then rest balls for 20 minutes, roll ball in round shape and fry khajla.
  5. Now take it out, let it cool down add 1/2 kg milk and as required sugar and mix it well.
  6. Now khajla is ready.
