					Ingredients:
- Raw mangoes (grated) 1 kg
 
- Sugar 2 kg
 
- Melon seeds 50 gm
 
- Almonds 30 gm
 
- Pistachio 30 gm
 
- Raisins 30 gm
 
- Oil as required
 
- Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
 
- Red chili (crushed) 1/2 tsp
 
- Saffron color 1 pinch
 
- Salt to taste
 
- White vinegar as required
 
Method:
- Boil raw mangoes with salt.
 
- Now strain it and put in sauce pan.
 
- Then add sugar and cook it.
 
- When fragrance comes, close stove.
 
- Now heat oil in frying pan, fry almond, pistachio, raisins, onion seeds and melon seeds, give bhagar to chutney and when cool, put vinegar.
 
- Nauratan is chutney is ready.
