Double Ka Meetha by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Bread slices (big) 1
- Sugar 2 kg
- Nutmeg 20 gm
- Mace 20 gm
- Green cardamom 7
- Khoya 1/2 kg
- Almonds 50 gm
- Pistachios 50 gm
- Raisins 100 gm
- Silver leaves 2 packets
- Ghee as required
- Saffron color as required
- Milk as required
Method:
- Cut bread into 4 slices and fry in ghee until golden.
- Now heat milk, add nutmeg, mace, cardamom and khoya and cook it nicely.
- Then also put saffron color.
- Then set bread slices on pan, put milk mixture on top and leave until dry.
- Now garnish with almonds, pistachios, khoya and raisins.
- When cool, garnish with silver paper.
- Double ka meetha is ready.
