Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Oil 3/4 cup
- Onion 1
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes (chopped) 3
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Roasted cumin (crushed) 1 tsp
- Tomato (chopped) 1
- Green chilies 3
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Eggs 3
- Ginger chopped as required
Method:
- Heat oil in wok and fry onion for 5-7 minutes til light golden.
- Now put ginger garlic paste, mince, red chili, turmeric, coriander powder, salt and cumin and fry it.
- Then add yogurt and fry more.
- Now put water, cover it and cook until meat tender.
- Then put beaten eggs and mix it.
- In end, put tomato, all spice, green chilies, coriander leaves and ginger, simmer it for 5 minutes and serve with parathay.
