Aloo Chutney Kabab by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Potatoes boiled 1/2 kg
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Whole coriander 1 tsp
- Coconut powder 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 8
- Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Tamarind pulp 4 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Coriander leaves few
- Mint leaves few
- Dry mango grated 1 cup
For Coating:
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Gram flour 1/2 cup
- Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Red chilies 1 tsp
- Water 1 cup
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Grind cumin, coriander, coconut, green chilies, tamarind pulp, dry mango, pomegranate seeds, onion, green coriander and mint leaves thick chutney in chopper.
- Now mix in potatoes and make small kabab.
- Then add corn flour, gram flour, carom seed, red chilies, salt and water in bowl and mix it.
- Then dip kabab in this mixture, heat oil in frying pan and shallow fry kabab.
