Ingredients:

  • Green chilies big 8
  • Mint leaves chopped 1 bunch
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 bunch
  • Egg 1
  • Chicken cube 1
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix gram flour, egg, salt, chicken cube and yogurt in bowl and make thick paste with lukewarm water.
  2. Now grind coriander leaves, cumin seeds and mint leaves in chopper.
  3. Then mix salt and tamarind pulp.
  4. Then mark cut on green chilies and fill chutney.
  5. Now soak in gram flour and deep fry in hot oil.
  6. When golden brown, serve with tamarind pulp.
