Cheesy Pakoray by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese 1 packet
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Egg 1
- Chicken cube 1
- Red pepper 4
- Green chilies crushed 6
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Soda bicarbonate 1 pinch
- Yogurt 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put gram flour, egg, chicken cube, red pepper, green chilies, soda, coriander leaves, yogurt, cumin seeds and salt in bowl and mix nicely with lukewarm water.
- Now mix cottage cheese.
- Then heat oil in wok and fry pakoray of this mixture.
- When golden brown, take it out and keep on tissue paper, so that oil absorbs.
- In end, serve hot hot cheese pakoray with tamarind pulp and tomato ketchup.
