Tandoori Chicken Paratha Roll by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

For Paratha:

  • Maida 300 gm
  • Ghee 3-4 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

For Tandoori Chicken:

  • Chicken breast 1/2 kg
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 3 tbsp
  • BBQ masala 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Red chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Butter 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coal as required

For Roll:

  • Lettuce leaves 2-3
  • Onion slices 1
  • Mustard paste 2 tbsp
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Grated cheese 100 gm

Method:

  1. For paratha dough: Add maida, ghee and salt in mixing bowl, mix it nicely and knead it.
  2. Then make portions and fry parathay on tawa.
  3. For tandoori chicken: Add bbq masala, garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili paste, salt, oil and oyster sauce in vinegar and mix it nicely.
  4. Then marinate chicken with it for few minutes.
  5. Then spread butter on chicken, bake in oven for 10 minutes, take it out and put in pot.
  6. Then give smoke of coal.
  7. For roll: Mix cream, black pepper, mustard paste and cheese in mixing bowl.
  8. Now keep paratha on it.
  9. Keep tandoori chicken in center and put onion and lettuce leaves.
  10. Add creamy sauce on top, roll it and serve.
