Tandoori Chicken Paratha Roll by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
For Paratha:
- Maida 300 gm
- Ghee 3-4 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
For Tandoori Chicken:
- Chicken breast 1/2 kg
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 3 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 3 tbsp
- BBQ masala 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp
- Red chili paste 1 tbsp
- Butter 2-3 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Coal as required
For Roll:
- Lettuce leaves 2-3
- Onion slices 1
- Mustard paste 2 tbsp
- Cream 1 cup
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Grated cheese 100 gm
Method:
- For paratha dough: Add maida, ghee and salt in mixing bowl, mix it nicely and knead it.
- Then make portions and fry parathay on tawa.
- For tandoori chicken: Add bbq masala, garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili paste, salt, oil and oyster sauce in vinegar and mix it nicely.
- Then marinate chicken with it for few minutes.
- Then spread butter on chicken, bake in oven for 10 minutes, take it out and put in pot.
- Then give smoke of coal.
- For roll: Mix cream, black pepper, mustard paste and cheese in mixing bowl.
- Now keep paratha on it.
- Keep tandoori chicken in center and put onion and lettuce leaves.
- Add creamy sauce on top, roll it and serve.
