Chicken Tikka Karahi by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
For Chicken Tikka:
- Chicken leg (3 pieces) 2
- Garlic paste 1-2 tbsp
- Chicken tikka masala as required
- Coal as required
For Karahi:
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 4-5
- Chopped green chilies 5-6
- Whole green chilies 5-6
- Crushed red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Butter 2-3 tbsp
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Salt as required
- Ginger slices for garnish
Method:
- For tikka: Marinate chicken with garlic paste and tikka masala.
- Now bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, take it out and give smoke of coal.
- Tikka is ready.
- For karahi: Add garlic paste in pan and roast it.
- Then add chopped green chilies, tomatoes, red chili flakes, black pepper, fennel seeds, cumin seeds and salt, mix it and roast it.
- Then put whole green chilies, butter and chicken tikka and mix it.
- When karahi leaves oil, dish out it, garnish with ginger slices and serve.
