Ingredients:

  • Degi red chilies 4
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Lemon 1
  • White vinegar few drops
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash red chilies and boil with some water and vinegar.
  2. Now blend it with cumin and garlic in blender.
  3. Then heat oil in frying pan and fry grinded chutney lightly.
  4. Then put salt and lemon juice.
  5. Laal mirch ki chutney is ready.
