Ingredients:
- Fish 1 kg
- Keri 2
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 8
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Onion paste 1 cup
- Green chilies 4
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Cumin seeds powder 1 tsp
- Hing 1/2 tsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- Put salt on fish and leave for 30 minutes.
- Now wash it nicely, put 2 glass water, dissolve hing, put fish and leave for 1 hour.
- Now heat oil in wok and put fenugreek seeds and curry leaves.
- When fragrance comes, add onion, garlic ginger paste, coriander powder, salt, red chili powder, turmeric and cumin and roast masalay nicely.
- Then put 2 glass water, add keri and cook on low flame for 30 minutes without cover.
- Now take out fish from hing water, put in masalay and cook for 20 minutes.
- Then put green chilies and green coriander and close stove.
