Ingredients:
- Samosa wraps 12
- Boneless chicken cubes 8
- Cottage cheese 1 packet
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Green chilies crushed 3
- Almonds finely chopped 10-12
- Lemons 2
- Salt to taste
- Mint leaves chopped 1/2 bunch
- Cumin ground 1 tsp
- Egg whites 2
- Oil as required
Method:
- Grate cottage cheese.
- Then mix almonds, green chilies, black pepper, cumin, salt, boneless chicken and mint leaves nicely.
- Now fill mixture in each samosa wrap and give shape of samosa.
- Then dip in eggs and close it.
- Then heat oil in wok and fry samosay until golden brown.
- In end, take out samosay and keep on tissue paper so that oil absorbs.
