Ingredients:
- Potatoes boiled 4
- Lemons 2
- Green chilies chopped 2
- Egg whites 2
- Dil finely chopped 1 bunch
- Mint leaves chopped 1/2 bunch
- Samosa wraps 12-16
- Chicken cube 1
- Cumin (grounded & roasted) 1 tsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Red pepper crushed 1 tbsp
- Gram flour 1/2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mash potatoes with fork.
- Now mix salt, lemon juice, red pepper, black pepper, cumin, mint leaves, green chilies, chicken cube and dil nicely.
- Then keep mixture on each samosa wraps, dip last side in egg whites and close it.
- Then make all samosa like this.
- Then heat oil in wok and deep fry samosay on low flame.
- When golden brown and take out in tissue paper so that oil absorbs.
- In end, sprinkle gram flour on samosay and serve hot.
