Rooh Afza Cheese Cake by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Cream 2 cup
- Sweet yogurt 1/2 kg
- Cream cheese 1 cup
- Gelatin powder 2 tbsp
- Water 1/4 cup
- Rooh afza 1-1/2 cup
- Biscuit crushed 2 cup
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Cream 3 tbsp
Method:
- Crush biscuit and butter and 3 tbsp cream.
- Now put in base of spring foam, press it and keep in fridge.
- Then beat 2 cup cream in bowl.
- Now add cream cheese and beat it.
- Heat gelatin powder in hot water and mix it.
- Then mix gelatin and rooh afza in cream mixture, put on biscuit base and keep in fridge for 4-5 hours.
- When cake is set, put cream on cake, garnish with rooh afza, cool it and serve it.
