Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Cream 1 packet
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Butter 2 oz
- Thai green curry paste 3 tbsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves 15
- Onion 1
Method:
- Heat oil, put blended onion, ginger garlic paste and green curry paste and fry for 10 minutes till light golden.
- Now add chicken with all spice, salt, curry leaves and 1/2 cup water, cover it and cook until chicken is ready.
- Then put yogurt and cream and fry it nicely.
- Then add butter and take it out.
