Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Butter 2 oz
  • Thai green curry paste 3 tbsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves 15
  • Onion 1

Method:

  1. Heat oil, put blended onion, ginger garlic paste and green curry paste and fry for 10 minutes till light golden.
  2. Now add chicken with all spice, salt, curry leaves and 1/2 cup water, cover it and cook until chicken is ready.
  3. Then put yogurt and cream and fry it nicely.
  4. Then add butter and take it out.
