Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Keri 250 gm
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Green chilies 12
- Onions 250 gm
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Whole coriander 1 tbsp
- Red chilies crushed 2 tsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Finely masala powder 1 tsp
- Finely chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Mix yogurt, ginger garlic and salt in mince and leave for 30 minutes.
- Now heat oil and roast on high flame.
- Then crush cumin, whole coriander and green chilies and put it.
- Cut onion like omelet onion and add it.
- Also put masala powder, red chilies, black pepper, keri and coriander leaves, simmer it for 5 minutes and close stove.
- Now take out mince in dish, sprinkle ginger and serve it.
