Ingredients:

  • Red gram 250 gm
  • Keri 250 gm
  • Beans 6
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Hing 1 pinch
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Green chilies 6
  • Button red chilies 6
  • Coconut powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Coriander leaves few
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Boil red gram and mash it.
  2. Now heat oil and fry onion until brown.
  3. Then put beans, salt, keri, turmeric, hing, coconut powder, red chili powder, button red chilies and cumin and roast for few minutes.
  4. Now add 2 glass water, cover it and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Then add boiled lentil and mix it.
  6. Then put coriander leaves and green chilies, cook more for 10 minutes and close stove.
