Keri Daal by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Red gram 250 gm
- Keri 250 gm
- Beans 6
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Hing 1 pinch
- Curry leaves 6
- Green chilies 6
- Button red chilies 6
- Coconut powder 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Onion 1
- Coriander leaves few
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Boil red gram and mash it.
- Now heat oil and fry onion until brown.
- Then put beans, salt, keri, turmeric, hing, coconut powder, red chili powder, button red chilies and cumin and roast for few minutes.
- Now add 2 glass water, cover it and cook for 15 minutes.
- Then add boiled lentil and mix it.
- Then put coriander leaves and green chilies, cook more for 10 minutes and close stove.
