Tapenade Chicken Pasta by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Boiled pasta 1 packet
  • Boneless chicken 300 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Olives 1/2 cup
  • Green beans 1 cup
  • Tomatoes 3-4
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Basil 1/3 tsp
  • Red chilies 2-3
  • Olive oil 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put water and salt in pot and boil it.
  2. When water boils, put paste and olive oil and boil for 10 minutes.
  3. Then take out paste and put in cold water immediately.
  4. When it s temperature becomes normal, take it out, put some olive oil and keep it aide.
  5. Then heat oil in pan and fry garlic paste.
  6. Now add chicken and roast it.
  7. Then add tomatoes and roast it.
  8. Then add olives, beans, black pepper and red chilies, mix it and cook it.
  9. Then add pasta, mix it add basil and take out in dish.
