Tapenade Chicken Pasta by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Boiled pasta 1 packet
- Boneless chicken 300 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Olives 1/2 cup
- Green beans 1 cup
- Tomatoes 3-4
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Basil 1/3 tsp
- Red chilies 2-3
- Olive oil 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put water and salt in pot and boil it.
- When water boils, put paste and olive oil and boil for 10 minutes.
- Then take out paste and put in cold water immediately.
- When it s temperature becomes normal, take it out, put some olive oil and keep it aide.
- Then heat oil in pan and fry garlic paste.
- Now add chicken and roast it.
- Then add tomatoes and roast it.
- Then add olives, beans, black pepper and red chilies, mix it and cook it.
- Then add pasta, mix it add basil and take out in dish.
