Ingredients:

  • Keri pulp 1 cup
  • Desiccated coconut 2 cup
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Yellow food color few drops
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Almonds, Pistachios as required
  • Silver leaves as required

Method:

  1. Put keri pulp, coconut, sugar, ghee, cardamom and yellow food color in pan and cook it.
  2. Also stir it.
  3. When mixture leaves ghee, spread it on greased tray.
  4. Sprinkle almonds and pistachios, cool it and cut into squares.
  5. Then put silver paper and serve.
